Ordering a service with Odyssey Motion is simple and transparent. Start by adding the services you are interested in to your cart and submitting the details of your request in the special instruction box found in the cart, such as questions, preferred dates, and any other important details. Once we receive your request, our team will get in contact with you via email and provide a more personalized quote. The attached price in the cart is a rough estimation and placing an order creates a draft order and does NOT process any payments.

To reserve your date, we’ll send a $50 down payment invoice. After your down payment is received, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due after your photoshoot or service is completed.

Please note: if we do not hear back from you within 7 days of sending your quote, your request will be automatically canceled, and no payment will be charged.

Absolutely! Odyssey Motion works with clients beyond our local area. For projects requiring travel, our team can come to your location, with travel costs added to the final price at the customer’s expense. We’ll coordinate all details—including scheduling, service type, and pricing—via email or phone to ensure a seamless experience no matter where you are

Pricing depends on the type of service, project length, and any additional requirements. We have estimated pricings, but we can provide a custom quote after discussing your specific project.

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel a scheduled date.
*Canceling a reserved or already scheduled photoshoot does not refund the booking fee.
