How Does the Ordering Process Work?
Ordering a service with Odyssey Motion is simple and transparent. Start by submitting the details of your request, including the type of service, preferred date, and any special instructions. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide a personalized quote.
To reserve your date, we’ll send a $50 down payment invoice. After your down payment is received, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due after your photoshoot or service is completed.
Please note: if we do not hear back from you within 7 days of sending your quote, your request will be automatically canceled, and no payment will be charged.
What If I’m Not Sure What I Want For Content?
That’s perfectly okay! If you’re unsure about the creative direction for your photos or video, our team is here to help you conceptualize a vision that fits your brand or aesthetic. Absolutely! Odyssey Motion works with clients beyond our local area. For projects requiring travel, our team can come to your location, with travel costs added to the final price at the customer’s expense. We’ll coordinate all details—including scheduling, service type, and pricing—via email or phone to ensure a seamless experience no matter where you are

How Much Do Your Services Cost?
Pricing depends on the type of service, project length, and any additional requirements. We have estimated pricings, but we can provide a custom quote after discussing your specific project.
What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel a Service?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel a scheduled date.
*Canceling a reserved or already scheduled photoshoot does not refund the booking fee.
