After your order is placed, one of our team members will reach out via email or phone to discuss the details of your service, whether it’s a photoshoot, video edit, or cinematography project. Together, we’ll confirm location, date, time, and any special requests. Payment is completed only after the service is finalized. Please note: if we do not hear back from you within 7 days of your order, your order will be canceled automatically, and no payment will be charged.
