Ordering a service with Odyssey Motion is simple and transparent. Start by submitting the details of your request, including the type of service, preferred date, and any special instructions. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide a personalized quote.
To reserve your date, we’ll send a $50 down payment invoice. After your down payment is received, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due after your photoshoot or service is completed.
Please note: if we do not hear back from you within 7 days of sending your quote, your request will be automatically canceled, and no payment will be charged.

For projects requiring travel, our team can come to your location, with travel costs added to the final price at the customer’s expense. We’ll coordinate all details—including scheduling, service type, and pricing—via email or phone to ensure a seamless experience no matter where you are

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel a scheduled date. *Canceling a reserved or already scheduled photoshoot does not refund the booking fee.
